We support unemployed women with our Interview Dressing and Preparation service to help them feel and look their best at the crucial moment before their job interview. For women who need support securing an interview, we provide a dedicated Career Coaching service to assist them with their CVs, cover letters and skills development.

Since 2013, we’ve supported 40,000 women into employment, with thousands more needing our help every year.

Bobbi Brown Cosmetics has stood proudly beside Smart Works for the last 10 years, providing invaluable support through the ‘Pretty Powerful’ partnership.

Each year, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics produces a limited edition ‘Pretty Powerful’ product, with an extremely generous 100% of RRP from every sale donated to Smart Works. In 2023, the ‘Pretty Powerful’ campaign celebrated its 10th anniversary and achieved an incredible milestone of raising £1 million of vital funds through brand collaborations and donations.

Bobbi Brown Cosmetics supports us year-round by proudly featuring the partnership online with calls to donate at checkout on their UK website. This additional revenue stream raises regular income and means that every Bobbi Brown Cosmetics customer hears about the partnership, driving awareness of the incredible work that we do at Smart Works. Bobbi Brown Cosmetics also donates 20% of its online sales on key days throughout the year and uses this as an opportunity to highlight the partnership to the entire Bobbi Brown Cosmetics community. Raising awareness of the partnership means that more women can connect with their confidence and find their way to Smart Works.
