Smart Works Reading Raffle – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
The raffle is open to anyone aged 18 years or over and residing in the UK. Employees, volunteers and trustees of Smart Works Reading may enter unless otherwise stated.

2. Entry
Entry costs £5 per raffle ticket. Entrants may purchase multiple tickets. By entering this raffle, an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This raffle is being operated by Smart Works Reading under its Small Society Lottery registration with Reading Borough Council. The registration number is LLR000292.

3. Closing Date
The raffle opens on Friday 7th August at 18.00 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 4th September.

No further entries will be accepted after the closing date. Smart Works Reading accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully submitted or received for any reason.

4. The Prize
The prize(s) are as described in the raffle promotion. Prizes are subject to availability and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Smart Works Reading reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be contacted within 7 days of the raffle closing date using the contact details provided at entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Smart Works Reading reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity and Data Protection
The winner agrees that Smart Works Reading may announce their name for the purposes of announcing the raffle result.

Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and Smart Works Reading’s privacy policy. Personal information will only be used for the purposes of administering the raffle and communicating with entrants where appropriate.

7. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Smart Works Reading.

Smart Works Reading reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these Terms and Conditions where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Social Media
This raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Smart Works Reading via Zeffy and not to any social media platform.
